  To anyone thinking of going here. Read the reviews. My dog got referred from my amazing vets for a potential heart condition. The woman on the phone was horrible, abrupt, spoke over the top of me,.She made the whole conversation revolve around money(even though I have pet insurance) She expected me to pay £220 and I might have to pay up to £1000 as they dont always do direct claims..There was no compassion, It was like she was sat on a till at Tescos. She did not understand that she was speaking to a worried pet owner, Nothing about my dogs wellbeing and what to expect. She clearly needs to understand that a dog is a family member and get customer service training. If this is how they treat potential clients then god knows how they treat a dog. I have had a lucky escape.

  Having spent a lot of money with this practice, I was quite insulted to be referred to a website when I requested information about a dog passport. Jenny should not be allowed near customers, her attitude is despicable
